Operations Committee (Engineering, Operations & Maintenance and Technical Services) makes business decisions and provides oversight on engineering, construction, operational and technical issues. This committee will also address Cooperative Projects, the Capital Improvement Program, and Urban Runoff issues. It meets every month and is comprised of 14 members including, the Board Chair, Vice Chair, committee Chair, committee Vice Chair, and 10 at-large members.
