The OCSD Capital Improvements Program (CIP) will allow OCSD to meet the standards for full secondary treatment by 2012 through numerous and extensive rehabilitation and expansion projects totaling approximately $3 billion.

The CIP also includes OCSD’s continuing support to the Ground Water Replenishment System project with the Orange County Water District, which will reclaim 70 million gallons per day of OCSD’s effluent.
