Fats, Oils and Grease FSE & Commercial Kitchen Permits

Since a leading cause of sewer spills is clogged sewer lines due to FOG, OCSD established a Fats, Oils, and Grease Control Program to eliminate the discharge of FOG-containing wastewater from Food Service Establishments (FSE) and commercial kitchens.

OCSD's program covers Tustin, parts of Orange and unincorporated areas of the County.
