Project Description This project will replace the 1952 Ellis Avenue Pump Station with new facilities. The existing station is located beneath the intersection of Ellis Avenue and Bushard Street in Fountain Valley and has been taken out of service. The new station will address deficiencies in capacity, operational and maintenance requirements, and limited access of the existing station.   This project will construct a new pump station, a 66-inch gravity main, and 48-inch force main. The pump station will be located at our treatment plant in Fountain Valley, at 10844 Ellis Avenue and will receive flows from portions of numerous cities.
