OCSD is committed to providing a valuable educational experience that focuses on learning the importance of wastewater treatment in protecting the public health and the environment. To encourage learning, the District offers a one and a half hour tour that includes a video overview, discussion of the wastewater treatment process, and a bus tour of our facility.

We welcome both children (10 or older) and adults on our tours. Tours are free to schools, clubs, organizations, and other groups. There must be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 25 visitors per tour.

Tours are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Weekend tours are not available. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.

We also offer regularly scheduled tours for individuals or groups less than 10 on: January 31, March 29, May 29, July 31, September 25, and November 27. The tour will be from 9 - 10:30 a.m.
