OCSD is committed to providing a valuable educational experience that focuses on learning the importance of wastewater treatment in protecting the public health and the environment. To encourage learning, OCSD offers a one and a half hour tour that includes a video overview, discussion of the wastewater treatment process, and a bus tour of our facility.
