Operations Committee (Engineering, Environmental Services and Operations & Maintenance) makes business decisions and provides oversight on engineering, construction, operational and technical issues. This Committee will also address the Capital Improvement Program and Urban Runoff issues. The Board Chair appoints a Committee Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson who serves at the pleasure of the Board Chair.  The committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m., or at the call of its Chairperson, and is comprised of 14 Board Members including, the Board Chair, Vice Chair, Committee Chair, Committee Vice Chair, and 10 at-large members.  For audio of any of the past meetings or other information, please contact Kelly Lore, Clerk of the Board, at (714)593-7433.
